Abstract Submission

Chick here to submit an abstract by Friday, August 28, 2026. 

The poster session will be held on September 15, 2026, at the conclusion of the first day of the summit and abstracts will be printed in the summit program. Four abstracts will additionally be selected for an oral presentation as part of the “Latest Breaking Science” session on September 15, 2026.

Abstract Guidelines

Abstracts must be in English.

The title, authors, author affiliations and body of the abstract should be entered in upper-case and lower-case letters. (Correct format: Abstract Title; Incorrect format: ABSTRACT TITLE.)

Enter the abstract as one paragraph without embedded headings (e.g., Introduction, Methods, etc.).

Do not include tables or figures, acknowledgments, funding sources, references or other supplementary information.

The character limit for the abstract (not including title, authors, etc.) without counting spaces is 1,850 characters. The character limit for the abstract accounting for spaces is 2,100 – 2,200 characters.
