Carl Dieffenbach is the Senior Advisor to the Director, Fogarty International Center. I remain a senior scientific leader in the field of HIV/AIDS research with a very strong background in all aspects of scientific program management and administration at the National Institutes of Health. I have implemented and sustained important and innovative research programs that have significantly improved our understanding of HIV disease. Today I am speaking about strategies to achieve epidemic control.
